Here are some simple tips to save a few steps when cleaning your home or your office.
- Put some empty trash bags in the trash can before you put the trash bag in place to catch the trash. Then when you take out the full trash bag, you have an empty bag right there to replace it.
- Tie a simple overhand knot in the empty trash bag, if it’s too loose in the receptacle, so it will stay in place.
- Keep all of your cleaning supplies in a basket or cart to carry around with you.
- If you use microfiber cloths, make sure you clean them properly. You can find procedures by Googling “how to clean microfiber cloths”. These are great but can be ruined by improper cleaning.
